Shipping

How long does delivery take? Standard Shipping takes 5–7 business days. Add 1–3 business days processing time. Total estimated delivery is 6–10 business days.

How much does shipping cost? Flat rate of $9.99 on orders under $259.00. Free shipping on orders of $259.01 and above.

What carriers do you use? We ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your location.

What is the order cut-off time? Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM (CST) to be processed the same business day.

How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. Allow 24–48 hours for it to become active.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses? No — we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

My order is late — what do I do? Allow an extra 3 business days first. If it is still delayed, email us at support@kaeifa.com and we will follow up with the carrier.

Returns

How long do I have to return an item? 15 days from the date of delivery.

How do I start a return? Email support@kaeifa.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Costs vary depending on the courier selected.

What items cannot be returned? Perishable goods, hygiene-sensitive items, custom or personalised products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Can I cancel my order? Only if it has not yet been prepared for dispatch. Email us immediately at support@kaeifa.com.

Refunds

When will I get my refund? Within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

Where does my refund go? Back to your original payment method.

What if my refund is taking too long? If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@kaeifa.com.

Exchanges

Do you offer exchanges? We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
