When You Are Charged

  • Your payment is taken in full at the time of placing your order
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed
  • No charge is made until your payment has been fully authorised

Failed Payments

If your payment fails at checkout:

  • No order will be placed and no charge will be made to your account
  • Please double-check your card details and billing address before retrying

Currency

  • All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD)
  • If your card is registered in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply a foreign exchange or conversion fee — this is outside of our control

Fraud Prevention

Kaeifa uses fraud detection measures to protect both our customers and our business. Orders flagged as potentially suspicious may require additional verification before being processed. If this applies to your order, we will contact you by email as quickly as possible to resolve it.


Refunds
