Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping, handling fees, and any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Costs will vary depending on the courier you choose. All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse — the address will be provided upon approval.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order once your return has been accepted. This ensures you get exactly what you want, faster.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Order Cancellations

Orders are automatically processed within 3 hours of being placed and cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have an urgent concern, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.


Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to customer actions — such as refusal of delivery or failure to collect from a depot — the remaining balance after any applicable administration and shipping fees will be refunded to your original payment method.
