Shipping policy

At Kaeifa, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order across the United States.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday
  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (EST) may be processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be picked up the next working day
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a second email with your tracking details

Shipping Method & Delivery

  • We ship within the United States only
  • Depending on your location, orders are delivered via DHL, FedEx, or UPS
  • Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, Monday through Friday
  • Total estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days from the date of your order

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99 on all orders under $259.00
  • Free Shipping: On all orders of $259.01 and above

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this to follow your parcel in real time through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.


Shipping Restrictions

Please note that the following restrictions apply to all orders:

  • We ship to US residential and business addresses only
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • We do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

Delays

We do our best to meet every estimated delivery window. However, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, or high-volume periods.

  • If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please allow an additional 3 business days before reaching out
  • If your order is still delayed after this period, contact us at support@kaeifa.com, and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf

Order Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your order, email us immediately at support@kaeifa.com
  • We process orders quickly — cancellations cannot be made once your order has been prepared for dispatch
  • If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process once it arrives

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right:

  1. Email us at support@kaeifa.com with your order number
  2. Attach clear photos showing the damage or the incorrect item
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and arrange a replacement or resolution promptly
